Gasoline Distribution Facilities (Stage 1)

Applicability

eCFR Subpart R [ecfr.gov]

This subpart applies to:

  1. The following affected sources at Major Sources of HAPs*:
    1. Bulk gasoline terminals;
    2. Pipeline breakout stations.


Not subject to this subpart:

  1. Bulk gasoline terminals or pipeline breakout stations located within a contiguous area and under common control with a refinery complying with Subpart CC.


Partial Exemptions:

  1. Bulk gasoline terminals or pipeline breakout stations with emissions screening factors less than 1.0.


*Major Sources of HAPs emit or have the potential to emit:

  • ≥ 10 tons/year of any single HAP; or
  • ≥ 25 tons/year of total HAPs.
  • Area Sources emit less than Major Sources.
