Gasoline Distribution Facilities (Stage 1)

This subpart applies to:
- The following affected sources at Major Sources of HAPs*:
- Bulk gasoline terminals;
- Pipeline breakout stations.
Not subject to this subpart:
- Bulk gasoline terminals or pipeline breakout stations located within a contiguous area and under common control with a refinery complying with Subpart CC.
Partial Exemptions:
- Bulk gasoline terminals or pipeline breakout stations with emissions screening factors less than 1.0.
*Major Sources of HAPs emit or have the potential to emit:
- ≥ 10 tons/year of any single HAP; or
- ≥ 25 tons/year of total HAPs.
- Area Sources emit less than Major Sources.
