Applicability
eCFR Subpart CC

This subpart applies to:
- Glass melting furnaces that commence construction or modification after June 15, 1979.
Not subject to this subpart:
- Hand glass melting furnaces;
- Glass melting furnaces designed to produce less than 5 tons (4.55 Mg) of glass per day;
- All-electric melters.
