Integrated Waste Management (IWM) Program

The purpose of the Integrated Waste Program is to ensure proper management of solid waste. Non-hazardous solid waste is typically generated by and collected from households and businesses and disposed in municipal landfills.

The regulations provide technical criteria for waste management facilities and land application of special wastes. Solid waste regulations are Title 132 – Integrated Solid Waste Management Regulations.
