Health Alert extended for Kirkman’s Cove Lake

The state has extended a health alert for Harmful Algal Blooms (HAB), also known as toxic blue-green algae, at Kirkman’s Cove Lake in Richardson County.
Glenn Cunningham Lake in Douglas County and Maskenthine Reservoir in Stanton County have been removed from health alert after being on alert last week.
