Applicability

eCFR Subpart G [ecfr.gov]

This subpart applies to:

  1. Any of the following at sources subject to NESHAP F:
    1. Process vents;
    2. Storage vessels;
    3. Transfer racks;
    4. Wastewater streams;
    5. In-process equipment.
  2. Group 1 and 2 storage vessels, after the compliance dates in §63.100, which are also subject to part 60 Subpart Kb.
  3. Group 1 process vents, after the compliance dates in §63.100, which are also subject to part 60 Subpart III.
