Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems: Registration Requirements
Any onsite wastewater treatment system that is constructed, reconstructed, altered, modified, or otherwise changed must be registered with the Department.
Below are links to more detailed information:
- Use this link to search private holding tanks, lagoons, mound systems, septic systems and alternative systems registered since 2004
- This search will display: System Number, Treatment Type, Owner, Location, City, County, Registration Date and Registered By
NDEE has two ways that you can register your installed systems. There is a fillable paper registration application and an online application process (Instructions below).
