Applicability

eCFR Subpart RRRR [ecfr.gov]

Applies to major source of HAP that applies coatings that contain an organic HAP to metal furniture. If there are metal components on wood furniture and the source is subject to the wood furniture MACT Subpart JJ, they are not subject to this rule.
