VOC Emissions from Petroleum Refinery Wastewater Systems - Subpart QQQ

Applicability

eCFR Subpart QQQ [ecfr.gov]

This subpart applies to:

  1. Affected facilities located in petroleum refineries that commence construction, modification, or reconstruction after May 4, 1987.

Affected facilities:

  1. Individual drain systems;
  2. Oil-water separators;
  3. Aggregate facilities.

Construction or installation of a new individual drain constitutes a modification to an aggregate facility. A new individual drain system shall be limited to all process drains and the first common junction box.
