Secondary Nonferrous Metals Processing

Applicability

eCFR Subpart TTTTTT [ecfr.gov]

Applies to secondary nonferrous metal processing at area sources.* The affected source includes all crushing or screening operations at a secondary zinc processing facility and all furnace melting operations located at a secondary nonferrous metals processing facility.

*An area source of HAP has the potential to emit <10 tons per year (tpy) of a single HAP or <25 tpy of a combination of HAPs.
