The Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy (DWEE) proposes to reissue, with change, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit to Ready Mixed Concrete Company, 6200 Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln, NE for the “Y’ Street Plant, 1822 Y Street, Lincoln, NE (NPDES# NE0033642; SIC 3273). This facility mixes and delivers concrete. Process wastewater from the concrete truck washout is held in a holding basin and only discharged when necessary.
