SITE RESTRICTIONS:
- The Disposal Area is to be maintained in a matter to prevent the erosion of final cover for the duration of the poste closure care period, currently established at 30 years.
- Ground water monitoring wells are to remain serviceable during the NDEE established post closure care period.
- Future activities that would penetrate the Disposal Area infiltration layer are prohibited.
- Access to the entire North Omaha Station, including the Disposal Area, is restricted in accordance with OPPD policies and procedures.
