Small Industrial/Commercial/Institutional Steam Generating Units - Subpart Dc

Applicability

eCFR Subpart Dc [ecfr.gov]

This subpart applies to:

  1. Steam generating units with a maximum design heat input capacity of 2.9 - 29 MW (10-100 MMBtu/hr) that commence construction, modification, or reconstruction after June 9, 1989.

Note: A temporary change to an existing steam generating unit for the purpose of conducting combustion research is not considered a modification.
