Applicability

eCFR Subpart L [ecfr.gov]

This subpart applies to:

  1. Affected facilities at secondary lead smelters that commence construction or modification after June 11, 1973.


Affected facilities:

  1. Pot furnaces with more than 550 lb (250 kg) charging capacity;
  2. Blast (cupola furnaces);
  3. Reverberatory furnaces.
