Nitric Acid Plants - Subpart Ga
Applicability
eCFR Subpart Ga

This subpart applies to:
- Nitric acid production units that commence construction or modification after October 14, 2011.
Units that commence construction or modification on or before October 14, 2011 are subject to NSPS Subpart G.
"Nitric acid production unit" means any facility producing weak nitric acid (30 to 70% strength) by either the pressure or atmospheric pressure process.
