This subpart applies to:
- Cupolas and curing ovens at mineral wool production facilities located at Major Sources* of HAPs.
*Major Sources of HAPs emit or have the potential to emit:
- ≥ 10 tons/year of any single HAP; or
- ≥ 25 tons/year of total HAPs.
- Area Sources emit less than Major Sources.

- New = Commence construction or reconstruction after May 8, 1997

- Within 120 days of becoming subject to this subpart.

- 60 days notice prior to any planned performance test.
