Operator Certification Continuing Education Hours Balance

Below is a list of the total continuing education hours earned and eligible for certificate renewal in the current certificate renewal cycle for each operator, last updated in December 2024.

Updates for this list will no longer be available beginning in 2025. The Department encourages operators to log into the NDEE Credentials Portal and review their hours regularly. For courses that were not pre-approved, operators can upload their certificates of education on the portal. For pre-approved courses, the Department receives attendance records from the continuing education providers. Please check your hours on the portal to be sure your information is correct.

Please note that the hours an individual operator can use to meet continuing education requirements will be restricted, or not allowed, for repeat programs in the same renewal cycle.
