Applicability

eCFR Subpart OOOOOO [ecfr.gov]

You are subject to this subpart if you own or operate an area source of hazardous air pollutant (HAP)* emissions that meets one of the following criteria:
1. plant that produces flexible polyurethane foam or rebond foam
2. flexible polyurethane foam fabrication faciltiy

*An area source of HAP has the potential to emit <10 tons per year (tpy) of a single HAP or <25 tpy of a combination of HAPs.
