Applicability

eCFR Subpart UUUU [ecfr.gov]

Applies to major source of HAP that manufactures cellulose products including the Miscellaneous Viscose Processes (cellulose food casing, rayon, cellulosic sponge, and cellophane operations, as defined in Sec. 63.5610) and the Cellulose Ethers Production source category (all of the cellulose ether operations, as defined in Sec. 63.5610).
