NDEE Invites Comments on Air Permit Conditions I and II

Public Meeting on March 4, Comments Accepted Through March 6, 2020

Updated Feb.19, 2020 -- NDEE is conducting a periodic review and update of the standardized Conditions I and II used in air quality construction permits (CP) and air quality operating permits (OP). These changes unify permit conditions and streamline the CP and OP permitting processes. Web links to the draft restructured conditions language are below.

NDEE has scheduled a meeting, open to the public, starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, to discuss the proposed changes. The meeting will held at the NDEE, 1200 N Street (The Atrium), in Lincoln. If attending, you will need to check in as a visitor at the NDEE main office entrance on the 4th floor. Persons not able to attend in person may participate online via Webex web conferencing. NDEE is soliciting comments from interested parties during the comment period ending March 6, 2020. NDEE will review and consider all comments received as the agency continues to streamline standardized air quality permit Conditions I and II.
