November 20, 2020 – The Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy’s draft 2020 Water Quality Integrated Report is now available for public review and comment.

Upon finalization, NDEE will submit the 2020 Water Quality Integrated Report to EPA Region 7 for review and approval as required by the Clean Water Act. The attached public notice is provided by the Department as a means for public participation in the completion of the Integrated Report and is hereby soliciting review and comments. All comments received through the close of business December 21, 2020 will be considered and the proposed list revised as necessary.

The public notice, the draft Integrated Report and methodology are provided below.
