Community or General Open Fire Permit Application
This is an application requesting an exception to the prohibition of open fires (NDEE Title 129, Chapter 30). Permits for open fires will be granted only if there is no other practical means of disposal for the material to be burned. The requirement to obtain this permit is in addition to local ordinances or regulations concerning open fires."
