Applicability

This subpart applies to:
- Surface coating operations in large appliace surface coating lines that are constructed, modified, or reconstructed after Dec 24, 1980.
Large appliance surface coating lines are defined as that portion of a large appliance assembly plant engaged in the application and curing of organic surface coatings on large appliance parts or products.
