State Energy Program
At the national level, the State Energy Program (SEP) provides grants to states and directs funding to state energy offices from the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). State's use grants to address their energy priorities and use the program funding to deploy emerging renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies.
